Terms of Service

MONEY MAP is personal-finance planning software. It helps you track income, expenses, commitments, budgets, savings goals and financial projections, and run what-if scenarios in multiple currencies.

MONEY MAP is not a bank, wallet, lender, investment platform, remittance service, payment institution, or a provider of personalised regulated financial, investment, tax, legal or banking advice. It is a financial planning software tool. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use MONEY MAP. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly at support@moneymap.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require email verification and offer single sign-on options.

You own your financial planning data. Income, expenses, budgets, goals, plans and notes you enter belong to you. MONEY MAP does not claim ownership of your financial information and does not sell your personal financial information to advertisers.

You grant MONEY MAP only the limited rights necessary to provide the service: storing and displaying your information, calculating budgets and plans, generating reports and insights, providing support, maintaining security, preventing fraud and abuse, and maintaining and improving the service where legally permitted.

You agree to use MONEY MAP lawfully and only for your own personal money planning. Prohibited activity includes fraud, illegal activity, unauthorised access to others' data, malware or malicious uploads, security attacks, API abuse, and subscription or payment abuse. The MONEY MAP software, branding, design and content are owned by MONEY MAP. Your financial planning data remains yours as set out above. You may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the service.

Money Map Premium is a recurring monthly subscription, billed monthly until you cancel. Payment is processed by our payment provider under its own terms. See our Subscription & Billing Policy for full details.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of your current paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded are preserved.

MONEY MAP uses trusted third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, email and analytics. We do not directly control their infrastructure. We aim to require appropriate contractual and security controls with such providers.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes. We are not liable for outages beyond our control.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational controls including secure authentication, user-data isolation, encryption, secure sessions and least-privilege access. See our Security disclosure for more. No system is perfectly secure.

Any automated or AI-generated information is informational only, may contain errors, and does not constitute professional financial advice. You should verify important information. We do not guarantee financial outcomes.

MONEY MAP is provided "as is" and "as available". Calculations depend on the data you provide. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MONEY MAP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its calculations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MONEY MAP against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

You can delete your financial data or your entire account from Settings. Some information may be retained where required for legitimate legal, security, accounting or other lawful purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update features, pricing or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where legally required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
