Subscription & Billing Policy
This policy explains how MONEY MAP subscription billing works.
1. Plan & price
Money Map Premium costs R100/month, billed in ZAR. This is the agreed launch price. We do not currently offer additional pricing tiers.
2. Recurring billing
Your subscription is a recurring monthly charge. Billing continues automatically until you cancel. We do not hide that billing is recurring.
3. Billing currency
The subscription is always billed in ZAR. Your chosen display currency for financial planning is separate and does not change the billing currency.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms. We do not store your full card details — they are handled by the provider.
5. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, the provider may retry. If payment cannot be completed, access to premium features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. See our Cancellation Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
8. Price changes
If we change the price, we will notify you in advance where legally required. Any change takes effect from the next billing cycle after notice.
9. Taxes
Where applicable, taxes are included or added to the charge as required by law.
