Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is managed through your payment provider. If a self-service cancel option is available in Settings, use it; otherwise email billing@moneymap.app from your account email and we will process the cancellation.

Cancellation stops future recurring billing. Your access to Money Map Premium continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

After your paid period ends, access to premium features is removed. You can resubscribe at any time.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your financial data. Your records remain available if you resubscribe. You can delete your financial data or your entire account at any time from Settings.

Deleting your account is separate from cancellation and permanently removes your financial records. Some information may be retained where required for legitimate legal, security or accounting purposes.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
